iPhone is 100% legitimate,boxed, security sealed and is the A2633 model which Apple geographically calls the REST OF THE WORLD which the UAE falls under. Customer service is completely lacking from this outfit , when you visit the store you realise why, these guys are literally minting money. They are so busy with customers and orders, they have a money counting machine befitting of any Mexican Cartel which is constantly whirring away. They have walk in customers and are a wholesale outfit as well. The retail side of the business is probably a tolerated distraction So if you have ordered online through a marketplace expect a wait if you have ordered from their website better you get to the shop in person ( don’t drive it’s in the most congested part of Dubai). If you want the aspirational experience of buying an Apple product then go to the Apple Store. If you want the best Price on a genuine Apple product which is highly commoditised and transactional in nature then come here.
