Liquid Damage: Loss or damage to the Insured Device due to accidental ingression of any type of liquid or water into the Insured Device that impedes its functioning.

Screen Damage: Damage of screen due to visible, external and fortuitous circumstance beyond the control of buyer.

Accidental Damage: Accidental damage due to visible, external and fortuitous circumstance beyond the control of buyer including Liquid damage and Screen Damage arising out of an insured peril.

Fire Damage: An event of damage caused due to fire hazard.

Malicious Damage: Destruction to a property done by any unknown entity with the intention of causing damage.

Theft: Burglary – Housebreaking – Robbery – Hold up (by forcible and violent entry caused from a premise or taking away by snatching or by violence or threat or assault).

What is 33-Hours Express Claims?

We offer a 33-Hours Express Claims Service at a nominal cost which you can opt for while checking out. If you haven’t opted for it already then you can do it within 72 hours of your purchase by raising a request here.

Terms & Conditions:

This Product Insurance Scheme is brought to you in association with The Oriental Insurance Co. (Ltd) Dubai, UAE and is subject to the following terms and conditions in addition to what is mentioned in the policy document.

  • The 33-Hours Express Claims Service is available only to customers who have explicitly subscribed to the Express Claim Service. The claims would be processed within 33 Business Hours which includes the normal working hours of PAPITA Trading LLC and excludes weekends and public holidays.
  • 33-Hours Express Claims Service can be purchased only at the time of your product purchase or within 72 hours of the product purchase.
  • The processing time for normal claims would be 10-12 business days not counting weekends and public holidays.
  • It is the claimant’s responsibility to deliver the product and pick it back from our store.
  • This Product Insurance Scheme is FREE & EXCLUSIVE only for purchases made on Papita.ae.
  • The Free PAPITA CARE+ is available for products worth AED 250 & above.
