Papita Trading LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Papita Trading LLC does not disclose any personal information to advertisers and for other marketing and promotional purposes that could be used to personally identify you, such as your password, credit card number and bank account number. We are not liable for any loss during your transaction. Although all attempts will be made by Papita Trading LLC to give best service and complete client satisfaction, but Papita Trading LLC shall have no liability to you for any delay in delivery or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to acts of God, terrorism, riots, etc.

The terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates without reference to conflict of laws. Disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in UAE. Papita Trading LLC, its officers, directors, shareholders, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, or joint venture partner are not liable to you for any incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages and/or costs of any kind, arising from your use of this website or your breach of these terms.

All product(s) and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

Shipping Charges

  • We may charge for shipping and/or offer free shipping for all order(s) delivered across the UAE.
  • For international shipping the delivery charges depend on country of purchase & will be calculated separately, you may contact us for more information.

Estimated Delivery Time: Within the UAE orders are dispatched in 1 to 3 working days through a trusted courier service. We also offer same day shipping depending on location and time of receipt of order. We try our best to ship on time but in some cases delayed shipping due to inevitable circumstances may occur. International orders are dispatched once you approve the shipping charges. For all international orders delivery time may vary depending on location, the same will be initially communicated for your approval.

Kindly Note: Sometimes, delivery may take longer duration due to bad weather conditions, transportation delays, disruptions caused by the covid-19 pandemic or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Papita Trading LLC will not be held responsible for such delays. Be rest assured that our customer service team will do everything so as to ensure on time delivery of your parcel. Acknowledgment of Receipt: We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods in the condition you have acknowledged receipt passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Papita Trading LLC and/or its shipping partners and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Taxes & Duties: Any import duties and taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, must be paid by the recipient. We cannot estimate the value of duties and have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to custom charges, please contact your local customs office. For all domestic orders (within UAE) taxes and duties have already been included in the product price.

Tracking Details: Once your shipment is booked tracking details will be shared with you . Kindly check your message/ email for regular updates. If the tracking details sent do not provide sufficient information or if it shows message as ‘Contact Customer Care’ or anything else, please contact Courier customer care from their website, they will help you in delivery according to your convenience.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:

All products carry limited warranty from manufacturer of the brand and/or distributor for a limited period against manufacturing defects only.

The terms, conditions, duration of warranty, exclusions of warranty are defined by the manufacturer of the brand and/or local distributor. Warranty commences from the date of the Invoice or date of activation, unless specified otherwise.

Warranty is applicable within the limits of United Arab Emirates only unless specified otherwise by the manufacturer of the brand and/or local distributor. Papita Trading LLC will only be the facilitator of this service and primary responsibility for warranty service rests with the manufacturer of the brand and/or local distributor. In case the product is defective and/or requires repair, it is your responsibility to deliver the product, at your cost, to Papita Trading LLC in the United Arab Emirates.

Other than what is provided by manufacturer of the brand and/or local distributor, we disclaim any warranties or representations, expressed or implied in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of the products listed or displayed or transacted, including product information and/or specifications.

In cases of Dead-on Arrival (DOA) product, the respective service provider will determine whether the product is DOA and would offer either a replacement or product repair. Warranty offered will be as per the principal warranty terms & conditions, which are product specific & define by the Manufacturer, brand owner(s), or local distributor.

In some cases, a warranty is not applicable if:

  1. Sets are tampered with / repaired by unauthorized personnel, or anyone other than those authorized by the manufacturer of the brand and/or local distributor.
  2. Any defect caused due to improper use, negligence or transit damage.
  3. The serial number on product has been tampered with or removed or does not match.
  4. Damage is caused in transit or by accident, acts of God, abuse or misuse, negligence, failure to follow operating instructions, exposure to liquid, sand, fire, improper voltage input, fluctuation in electrical supply or by any other external factors.
  5. In no event shall Papita Trading LLC be liable for any direct/indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, incurred by any customer/end user of the Product(s) or any other third party.
  6. Warranty is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

33 Hours Gadget Damage Claim Fix: The 33 Hours Gadget Damage Claim Fix is available only to customers who have explicitly subscribed to the Express Claim Service. The claims would be processed within 33 Business Hours which includes the normal working hours of PAPITA Trading LLC and excludes weekends and public holidays. 33 Hours Gadget Damage Claim Fix can be purchased only at the time of your product purchase or within 72 hours of the product purchase.

Expert Assessment: The final valuation is subject to expert assessment, and PAPITA in association with Tango Plus General Trading LLC reserves the right to review, edit, or cancel the submission based on the actual condition of the device.

Ownership and Legal Compliance:

Device Ownership: Users warrant that the traded devices are not lost or stolen, are owned by them, and possess valid and verifiable ESN or IMEI numbers.

Reimbursement: In the event of any issues regarding ownership, users agree to cooperate fully, and if PAPITA incurs any penalties or losses, users are obligated to reimburse all associated costs, including legal fees.

Disclosure to Authorities: PAPITA may disclose seller details to authorized bodies for crime prevention and investigation purposes. Users entering this agreement consent to the supply of data to such entities.

Payment and Returns:

Payments: We accept Visa, Mastercard and other cards as forms of payment.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. applicable taxes will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in AED.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Data Removal Responsibility: Users are responsible for removing all personal information from the device before trade-in. PAPITA is not liable for any damages resulting from stored information.

Indemnification and Legal Compliance:

Indemnification: Users indemnify PAPITA from any liabilities, claims, losses, or damages arising from matters related to the trade-in agreement and transactions completed during the trade-in process in association with Tango Plus General Trading LLC.

Legal Compliance: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax requirements regarding the use of PAPITA’s trade-in service throughout the entire trade-in process.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance: By participating in the trade-in service, users acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined by PAPITA in partnership with Tango Plus General Trading LLC, Dubai UAE. PAPITA reserves the right to update these disclaimers as necessary.

We offer a hassle free 7 days return policy on our returnable** products. If you do not like a product, you can return them in the same condition of receipt, the product or products should not be opened, activated, used or damaged in any manner.

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order. The customer will have to bear the cost of shipping the goods to us.   3. We do not offer reverse pickup service for international orders where the address is outside of the UAE.
  4. Please hand over the product to our logistics shipping partner and/or staff of papita Trading LLC when they come to your doorstep. Please note the product must be UNUSED. Also, the product tags should be intact with its original packing, else we will not be able to process your return. Reverse Pickup usually takes 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated.
  5. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check.
  6. Finally, after the product passes the quality check, your refund will be initiated and completed.

**used, activated, opened, damaged packaging, damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged. Product tags and original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

  3. Please note that we do not refund any Shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
  4. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
