Cancellation & Refund

We offer a hassle free 7 days return policy on our returnable** products. If you do not like a product, you can return them in the same condition of receipt, the product or products should not be opened, activated, used or damaged in any manner.

Please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  1. You can email us at sales@papita.ae or call us at +971588080250 within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to return.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order. The customer will have to bear the cost of shipping the goods to us. In case you want to return or exchange a product, please send it to the following address: Papita Trading LLC, Sayed Mohammed Abdul Rahiman Al Hashmi 2914296048, Naif, Naif, Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 14809, Tel +97142210218.
  3. We do not offer reverse pickup service for International orders where the address is outside of the UAE.
  4. Please hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come to your doorstep. Please note the product must be UNUSED. Also, the product tags should be intact with its original packing, else we will not be able to process your return. Reverse Pickup usually takes 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated.
  5. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. 
  6. Finally, after the product passes the quality check, your refund will be initiated and completed.

**used, activated, opened, damaged packaging, damaged products cannot be returned or exchanged. Product tags and original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  1. All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from www.papita.ae.
  3. Please note that we do not refund any Shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
  4. If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  5. If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.

  7. Please allow up to 3 working days to initiate a refund.
  8. Destination country import taxes, duties & charges are not refundable.
  9. We do not offer reverse pickup service for International orders where the address is outside of UAE.
